Sun-dried Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 shallot (onion), chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 bag Tostitos® Multigrain tortilla chips
Directions

Blend together all ingredients. Refrigerate before serving.
