
Pear Salsa
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 lime, squeezed
- Salt to taste
- 1 pear, skinned and diced small
- 1 can corn, drained
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1 bag Tostitos® Blue Corn tortilla chips
Mix all ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
